Webalizer and subdomains

Is it possible to have webalizer statistics for each domain and subdomain seperately?

Yes, to have webalizer stats available you will need to create the subdomains using the account manager as addon domains. This will give you stats email etc for the domain. You can manage the subdomain (view stats) from within the online control panel of the account that you created it under or as root/admin.
