Delete Account

I am setting up a new reseller plan and need to create several accounts for several different domains. The first domain I entered needs to be removed, but everytime I click on 'Remove' from the Accounts page it says "This user still has domains. Please remove each domain before removing the user." How do I remove the domains?!?

There a minus "-" sign next to each domain, you can click it to remove the domain. You can find instructions in the documentation at http://www.zervex.com/user_guides/ht...tingDomain.htm

Wow. Ok I feel pretty dumb now. Thanks for your help though!

Not a problem, it's actually something we've already changed to be a little more apparent in dsm3 using in-line documentation.

That has actually been a pretty frequent question we've recieved. The issue is we try to make ANY action that removes data or configuration a confirmed deliberate action.
