String probs in shell access agreement

The license agreement in the shell access doesn't handle apostrophes properly. After saving the agreement dsm adds backslash apostrophe (\') but it doesn't remove it once it is being displayed when u ssh to your account. maybe forgot to add in that stripslashes() function?
