Server load

HELP the server load keeps climing and I have no idea why but it's slowing everything to a stand still. Any idea what can I do?

top -c
free -m
uname -a

server specs.

Maybe your being attacked....

Have your server consoled up and have them run 'top' see whats taking up some many process and stop that service then.
