How do individual users access DSM? Is it a different port?

When I create an account and try to login to DSM with it I cannot

Be sure that you have a DSM Silver package or above. Yes, your users do login via the same ports (3500 secure or 3000 unsecure).

How do I know if i have the Silver package?

Call you reseller and ask them. If you purchased it directly from us send an email to sales@zervex.com and ask what plan you have.
