Suspend an account

Is there a way for the server admin to suspend an account under a reseller without having to suspend all of the resellers accounts?

yes, just click suspend for the user account in the suspend manager. You just have to decide if you would like the reseller to be able to unsuspend the user or not. There is a check box that you can use to define the option.

I don't have that option. The user is the reseller and if I suspend that person ALL sites are suspended.

Yes, if you suspend the reseller all of the sub accounts are suspended as well.

1. Change the resellers password.
2. Change the permissions on their webroot using the file manager.
