SSH Login Message

I no longer wish to use an SSH Login Message agreement, but simply deleting the message doesn't stop the login prompt for yes/no. How do I remove that?

This also seems to cause problems for scp and sftp.

I opened up internal ticket #176 concerning this.

I resolved the problem by switching to bash.
