I occasionally get this problem with incomplete output with dsm. Could someone please explain this and how do i fix it?

It happened when it was first installed.
And it happened again just this morning.
This time it's getting worse. The format just keeps getting messed up.
I'm going to attach a sample of the html page. This is no longer a browser issue. I've tried it on 5 computers include on netscape 7.
Our server provider experienced the same thing.
I see that you have a support request ticket in on this we are looking into it.

yes,
it would be good if you could find a solution soon. one important email keeps bouncing for some unknown reason.
I can't edit it because the DSM Panel doesn't display that part anymore. :(

The skewed output stemed from an issue with a signal handler interupting a socket operation during runtime after a recent errata update. This issue has been resolved and is currently undergoing quality assurance testing. It should be available on the download site shortly in the form of release 108. If you cannot run the update manager from the interface, you can use it's command line counter part by running /usr/local/dsm/bin/updatedsm
After wards, please restart dsm using the following commands:
/sbin/service dsm stop
/sbin/service dsm start
If you still experience any problems, contact Zervex Support (or your Value Added Reseller).

It appears that this issue has not been fully resolved.
Some pages still show up as garbled when viewed. One area is the Update DSM menu area. :/
next time this happens take a screen shot and send it to support@zervex.com also, be sure that you have run the command below to update your dsm webserver.
/etc/rc.d/init.d/dsm restart

Ok. here's the screen shot.
It's in monochrome coz it's too big in color as bmp and I have no time to convert to jpg on this slow machine i'm using right now.
Btw, i also noticed why the update manager says there's an update for mysql and yet when dsm tries to install it, rpm won't allow it because the one dsm is trying to install is older than the currently installed one. :/

If you purchased directly from us please submit a support request ticket to support@zervex.com
Did you restart DSM?
I cant reproduce it in any of our test enviroments. Havn't heard any of any other reports either since the fix. Please open a support request with the appropriate company (whoever sold you your license). Anyone else had any issues since the fix? Please open a support request as well. Make sure you have the latest DSM, and try restarting dsm before you put in a request.

it appears it's an isolated problem here. Did you go to those menus that were captured in the attachment?
It's usually the quota manager or the plan manager.
i'm using v1.4r108. So that means it's already the latest copy. You guys updated it yourselves.
