If you have two machines up with the same email addresses each set up the same way on the same mail client and you tell the server to leave a copy for x days it seems that you can only send mail through one of the computers? Anyone have an idea why this might be? BTW the error is the dreaded 513 relay denied

Do you have "Outgoing Mail Server Authentication" enabled for both accounts? It sounds like you have it enabled for one but not the other.

Maria,
This sounds like a email client configuration issue because mail server authentication/requests received from the client are handled on a per account basis. I suggest looking over the settings of the email account that is not able to send to be sure that something isn't different or misconfigured. Also, view the message logs within the log viewer that my help in determiniing what the problem is.

BTW, you would only be receiving the relaying denied error if you do not have pop-before-smtp enabled or your mail client is misconfigured.

If after checking the above you cannot figure it out. Send us a support request.
