Make sure that you do not have a firewall blocking ftp transfers.

Your server already Plesk on it why don't you install a new system like they said?

Not sure if DSM will run on a Plesk machine. Personally I think you are asking for trouble. Why don't you first try uninstalling Plesk? psa-proftpd and psa-xinietd are Plesk packages.

Because I have fear of desistalar plesk and exactly thus not to obtain to install the DSM.

DECIDED! Removí all the packages that were of the PLESK, apache, mysql, etc and I installed the DSM! Debtor to all!
