I made the payment of the license of the DSM. Which the procedure for the installation?

Currently use the PLESK in my server.

credit card orders are processed same day. Payments made via paypal generally 24 hours as we have to wait for paypal to process.
Please send an email to billing@zervex.com for more information.

Be sure that when you do receive your information you are installing on a brand new server installation.

Already I behind sent an email for billing@ to some hours and so far I did not receive reply. I wait a urgent reply of as to carry through the installation, I have urgency in this.

I spoke with the billing department concerning your order. They said that you placed your order via paypal and unfortunetly paypal has not verified the transaction as of yet. Your address etc are all unverified which is causing the delay.
