older packages in updatemanager?

Why does dsm show up packages to be installed in the update manager that turns out to be older versions the ones already installed in redhat?

Is there a way to refresh this?

from the RHN Errata: it's the xinetd package
from your dsm: it's the mysql and imagemagick
