Address in use?

Got the following problem during dsm restart.

Dec 13 01:27:17 ns1 dsm: dsm shutdown succeeded
Dec 13 01:27:17 ns1 dsm: dsm startup succeeded
Dec 13 01:27:17 ns1 dsm: bind(): 98 - Address already in use

I does that if i reboot too. :(

Sometimes the web server does not release the socket properly when closing (or dsm did not exit quick enough.). We have a patch in the pipe to hopefully resolve this issue, it should make it into an upcoming maintainence release.

Has a fix for this been applied? We are seeing this on a pretty regular basis.

Not sure about this. Haven't checked the log lately.
