As I have said before I am interested in DSM, but I have a few more questions. I want to install CF MX on the server, I know that DSM will not directly manage CF domains and everything, but has anyone put CF on the same server and run it sucessfully? Does it cause any errors or conflicts? I don't mind in the least running everything from the CLI, but clients do, that is the whole reason I need to get a CP, as I am sure most of you are in the same boat. I looked at the screenshots of DSM, (which the icon still says are of 1.4 BTW) and I like the clean look and layout.

On another note, does DSM support courier-ssl for secure mail retrieval as an option? I do not see that anywhere so I doubt it does, but that is in high demand these days.

Thanks

CF requires a default apache build. What you will need to do is uninstall the dsmapache rpm and install the base rpms to use CF.

Yes, ssl support is built into the Courier build.
To use SSL you simply need to check ssl support within your email client. You will get a popup box as the cert that is used is not signed.

Also note that Frontpage will cease to fuction once this is performed. The same goes for CF5 as well.
