View Full Version : Created reseller and they cant login

Ok, my DSM support is out of town and unable to be reached right now. He was down in the datacenter hooking up my new server :)

Anyways, I have the silver package so my resellers should be able to login but can't. I believe I have the permissions set properly and can login with the reseller's info in the FTP, but not into DSM.

Anyone have any clue what could be wrong?

If I read correctly, you can login to the main DSM, but your resellers can't.

You might try logging in via shell and restarting the DSM, using the command:

/etc/rc.d/init.d/dsm restart

check your license because it sounds like you only have a Bronze.

You need Silver or Gold to log in as a Reseller or end user.

Yeah, I know that and was supposed to get a silver but as I said, my VAR for DSM was out of town and I could not reach him, so wanted to ask in here if anyone knew of a possible problem.

Thanks Kelvin, that fixed it, but something has to be wrong, that should need to be done, will have my server provider check it when he is back in town!
