Is there anything in the /usr dir that can be deleted?

The below two log file directories are what usually fills up the /usr partition.

/usr/local/apache/logs
/usr/local/apache/domlogs

Be carefulll when deleting any files.

Your webstats are produced from the logs within your domlogs directory and inside of the logs directory you will find error and access logs.
